HCCN collects funds for community members who are caring for large colonies of cats through our Focused Neighbourhood Strategy Projects. Extra costs incurred can relate to injured or sick community cats that need further care. The funds we collect, help to cover the community member’s portion of TNVR, which is $25 per cat, plus any extra veterinary care needed. As HCCN is not a registered charity, no tax receipts can be issued. If you would like to donate to our cause and receive a tax receipt, you may donate through the HBSPCA:

Call HBSPCA 905-574-7722 during open hours and state that you would like to donate towards Hamilton Community Cat Network’s fund.

Every TNVR surgery includes: spay/neuter, fluids during surgery, rabies vaccine, topical deworming, FVRCP vaccine, left ear tip and a microchip (registered to the colony caregiver). The full cost of a TNVR surgery is $110. Registered colony caregivers pay $25 per cat. With thanks to very generous donors, the HBSPCA covers the additional $85. If you would like to donate to HBSPCA’s TNVR fund, follow the donate link below and be sure to state that the funds are to go toward the TNVR program. You will receive a tax receipt when you donate to HBSPCA’s TNVR fund.

Food donations can be sent or dropped off at HBSPCA (245 Dartnall Rd, Hamilton) at anytime of year. Colony Caregivers access this food bank to help with feeding their colony cats.

THANK YOU!
